Club Doubles Championship

Saturday the 3rd saw our club members team up to fight for the honour of becoming the club doubles champions. After a three game heat, the quarter and semi finals led to the final game played by our Captain Colin with Yann against the formidable Leo and James.

Congratulations to Leo and James who tossed their boule around with skill and confidence and took the title but thanks also go to all those who threw their hats in the ring and had a go. We are a big club with many capable players and it would have been nice for more of us to have played in this great fun events. Experience isn't necessary and without participating we aren't going to improve and grow in skill. 👍

Congratulations to our new Club Doubles Champions, Leo and James

and comiserations go to Colin and Yann in a well fought final battle!
