Ploughman's Supper and Kurling evening

Everyone is invited to come and enjoy another social evening away from the petanque terrain.

The evening will kick off with a ploughman's supper with 3 types of cheese - English cheddar, French brie and Stilton. French bread, pate, pickles, apple, tomatoes and grapes will be accompanying the cheeses.

Please bring your own drinks and glasses.

Following our supper, we will then get out the 'stones' and target to start the indoor kurling. Don't worry if you have not done this before, most of us haven't, full guidance will be given on the night.

The stones have handles which will gracefully glide along the floor to the target - there is no need to lob - in fact it is positively discouraged! There is also no need for sweepers, so you can leave your brooms at home!
